Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the electric bike or accessory is clean, unused, and securely packed in its original manufacturer box with all chargers and manuals included.
Ship to Brisbane Warehouse
Affix the provided return label and drop off your item at a designated freight center; please note that large e-bike shipments require specialized handling.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the mechanical and battery health of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
